Academic Session: 2025–26

  • Preliminary Meeting of Mentoring Cell & Mentor–Mentee Allotment
  • Introduction of Mentoring Cell objectives and structure.
  • Allocation of mentors to students (mentee).
  • Collection of student profiles and contact information.

By 15 November 2025

  • First Mentor–Mentee Meeting (Compulsory)
  • Preparation for the first interaction meeting.
  • First one-to-one interaction between teachers and students.
  • Understand students’ academic performance, goals, and personal concerns.
  • Record meeting summary with a photo in the mentoring register.
  • Setting short-term academic and personal goals for the semester.

By 15 December 2025

  • Second Mentor–Mentee Meeting (Compulsory)
  • Follow-up discussion based on the first meeting.
  • Review of progress and difficulties faced by students.
  • Guidance on exam preparation, stress management, and time planning.

End of December 2025

  • Collection of first-semester feedback from mentees.
  • Brief counselling and adjustment support.

January 2026

  • Workshop: “Career Guidance & Life Skills Development”
  • Mid-Semester Feedback Collection & Review
  • Collection of structured feedback forms from mentees.
  • Data analysis to identify academic and emotional support needs.
  • Preparation of an interim analysis report.

By 15 February 2026

  • Third Mentor–Mentee Meeting (Compulsory)
  • Discussion on Second Semester exam schedule and preparation strategies.
  • Review of academic progress and guidance for improvement.
  • Planning for next semester’s goals and personal development.

March 2026

  • Focus on career planning, confidence building, and communication skills.
  • Guest lecture or interactive session with experts.

By 15 April 2026

  • Fourth Mentor–Mentee Meeting (Compulsory)
  • Discussion on exam readiness and goal reflection.
  • Counselling for emotional well-being and future planning.
  • Final feedback collection for even semester.

May 2026

  • Final Analysis & Annual Mentoring Report Preparation
  • Compilation of all mentor–mentee records (Oct–Apr).
  • Feedback and data analysis with graphical summary.
  • Preparation of Annual Mentoring Cell Report.
